Public bug reported:
When connecting an Arduino LilyPad USB device
(http://arduino.cc/en/Main/ArduinoBoardLilyPadUSB), modemmanager grabs
the /dev/ttyACM0 -device. This means the Arduino programming IDE cannot
upload to the board.
I'm running 13.04 Raring Ringtail. Package arduino is 1:1.0.3+dfsg and
modemmanager is 0.6.0.0.real
