Yes. It's not wrong. and I know what that means.
"방법" usually means "users' practical action step" for eliminating some issue.
"방법" is unusual word for explaining of program feature. so **contextually 
unnatural**  in Korean.

most users say "기능" and "동작" for talking about some program such as 
app(lication) installed on their machine.
we may need to explain something onto UI about program, on users' viewpoint, 
not our(developer's) viewpoint.
so I suggested two word "기능" and "동작" from an initial report :)

If another good word is being for explaining that error situation, I'll
really welcome.
