That doesn't seem a very sensible stopping point to me.  The interface
surface of the systemd package as it's currently used in the archive is so
small (a pair of trivial dbus services) that there's no real risk of
hard-to-wrangle bugs here; and I don't think it's particularly useful to
update systemd to 19x right now if we're *not* also going to update libudev
et al.
