Public bug reported:
this happends on a Lenovo Zhaoyang E49L which have a 2GB memory, its
BIOS support UEFI boot and Legacy boot.
First, I tried using UEFI boot to install Ubuntu 12.04, when the
installation finished, the memory size is about 1.7G, this is right,
others was taken by the Intel HD Graphics as graphics memory.
But when I try using Legacy boot to install Ubuntu 12.04, when the
installation finished, the memory size is only about 1G, the output of
free command is:

I changed kernel to 3.7 and 3.8, and I also tested latest Ubuntu 13.04
