Yes. I just tested 3.8.0-12 again and it failed on the second suspend/resume attempt. I booted into 3.8.0-9 and did the same thing, made it through 7 tries without fail. (I also tested it with my FireWire drive plugged in and unplugged in both cases, so I've ruled that out as a cause, even though it's very noisy in the syslog with "failed to reconnect" errors. This error:
