Public bug reported:

How to reproduce:
1. Open an archive
2. Drag a folder or file to Nautilus launcher

Expected:
File to be extracted.

What happened:
File is not extracted and *after* I let go of the mouse, the launcher remains
in DND mode (all icons are dimmed except Nautilus).
