Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kde-guidance

I've replaced guidance with kpowersave, but now I get both of them starting
when I login to my session.
I've tried looking for an option in the guidance configuration screen.
I've looked in .kde/share/config/session to ensure there's no session for it.
I've looked in .kde/Autostart
I've put guidance-power-manager in Applications to be excluded from sessions in
the Session Manager configuration.
I've looked in Service Manager settings to see if it's there and can be
disabled.

None of these have worked.
This is way to hard to stop a system tray applet from starting - ideal would be
a question when I quit, do I want to start guidance next time I login.

Please make it easier to choose an alternative power management tool.
