i get the latest initramfs-tools update

so i retried to boot with 3.8.0-12-generic the system still fail and
leave me to initramfs prompt
by typing "exit" from initramfs finally after two tries i can boot with
3.8.0-12-generic i redo the
apport-collect 1154800
i must do it twice since i have not any feedback of sent information to
launchpad and now i see the result above this comment
