I got the same Problem, CCSM doesnt remember the 60hz and i also have to turn off "Sync to VBlank" in Nvidia-Settings to get no stutter when running glxgears and compiz at the same time. I also run ccsm and set it every reboot cause the setting also reverts to 50hz.
