The following facts:

livecd  ubuntu 12.04.1 — can be loaded and install.
Update 12.04.1 to 12.04.2 — kernel 3.5.0-25-generic running, get an error in 
dmesg: ERROR @ wl_cfg80211_scan: WLC_SCAN error (-22) [log attached]
livecd ubuntu 12.04.2 server — can be loaded and install.
livecd  ubuntu 12.04.2 — freezes, can not be install.
livecd  ubuntu 12.10 — freezes, can not be install.
livecd  ubuntu 13.04 alpha 1 — can be loaded and install.

P.S. All systems are 64 bit and running in text mode.
