I cannot test it because dkms cannot build the wireless driver modules for this kernel. I have attached a log of the installation.
The kernel itself boots fine - it is just missing the wlan drivers needed to complete the test. I did use --force-all with dpkg to get it installed, as the linux- headers package required itself as its dependency and thus would not install normally. However, I do not know how to fix this issue with dkms. If you can tell me how to get it installed, I will be happy to try again. ** Attachment added: "kernel-install.log" https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1153252/+attachment/3581686/+files/kernel-install.log -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1153252 Title: wifi stops working when laptop lid is closed To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1153252/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
