I installed gutsy yesterday (upgrade from feisty)
cause:
(/usr/sbin/ltsp-update-image, called from 095-update-image)
if [ -z ${CHROOT} ];then
CHROOT=$(dpkg --print-architecture) ----> WAS NOT SET therefore wrong
architecture
/usr/sbin/ltsp-update-image --arch=i386 works
solution:
I put CHROOT="i386" in the file (...) and it worked.

Maybe a bit early for this bug, sorry then :) still functioned in
feisty, great idea squashfs,nbd btw.
