Public bug reported:
Programms, applications, menu points used with the HUD start in the
background. E. g. when trying to open empathy via HUD, I enter 'chat'.
The Empathy main window opens in front of every other window, but is
still inactive and I have to click on it or choose it with a hotkey
combination (e.g. alt+tab).
