** Description changed:
How to reproduce:
- 1. Start Rhythmbox
- 2. Play music
- 3. Wait some time
+ 1. Start Rhythmbox / Totem
+ 2. Rapidly Start and Stop music/video
What is expected to happen:
- The audio (flash-player and Rhythmbox) should output their sound.
+ The audio (flash-player, Totem and Rhythmbox) should output their sound.
What actually happens:
If music/sound is played I hear something like "fast forwarded" bells (high
pitched randomness)

How to work around (get sound working again):
1. Shut off all audio-sources.
2. Unplug headphones
3. Mute sounds

- Since when do I get this problem:
+ When did I register this issue the first time (I don't know if it regressed
at this exact date but in 12.04 this bug never happened):
09 March 2013
- (I'm updating daily so one of the updates rolled out between "08 March ~
14:00 UTC" and "09 March ~ 11:00 UTC" has to have caused this issue.
+ (I'm updating and rebooting daily)
