Here's another one.... it doesn't have that at the beginning.  So I
might have grabbed the wrong one initially.  I am pretty certain this is
the right one.  I logged into Unity... and moved the file into a
different directory and then logged out.

I have tried removing that folder (~/.config/compiz*  there are two that
I removed), and AFAIK it worked for a litte.  I think booting into 12.04
would break 13.04.... but I am not sure sometimes the updates break
things (eg.  lightdm broke for an update, and then fixed a few updates
later).
