Here's another one.... it doesn't have that at the beginning. So I might have grabbed the wrong one initially. I am pretty certain this is the right one. I logged into Unity... and moved the file into a different directory and then logged out.
I have tried removing that folder (~/.config/compiz* there are two that I removed), and AFAIK it worked for a litte. I think booting into 12.04 would break 13.04.... but I am not sure sometimes the updates break things (eg. lightdm broke for an update, and then fixed a few updates later). ** Attachment added: "xsession-errors" https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/unity/+bug/1128348/+attachment/3590260/+files/xsession-errors -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1128348 Title: Unity starts without panels To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/unity/+bug/1128348/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
