* debian/patches/47_prioritize-postscript-against-hpcups.patch: If a printer
is a PostScript and PCL printer, PostScript should be preferred and not
the hpcups PCL driver.
* debian/patches/45_system-config-printer-py-fixed-codec-issue.patch: Fixed
codec issue (LP: #1158158).
