The change involves adding a new package to autopilot-qt; so I think
this needs a Feature Freeze exception. Subscribing ubuntu-release.
Since it's a new package that isn't really used by much (though it will
be eventually), I don't see much impact in adding the binary package,
but let's see what the release team thinks... It's also getting a bit
late to add this kind of new stuff, but I think the benefit of having
more tests for autopilot-qt itself outweighs the risks.
