well, instead of the grab-bar, you now have to hover it before it becomes visable,(thats what overlay is about, so not a problem). but when you hover higher or lower, the grabdash moves up and down, (without scrolling yet). what now happens, if you grab the grabdashthing when it is too low positioned, it hasnt got space enough to scroll all the way down with the mouse. there will be some space left to go in the panel that has to be scrolled.
