Marking "won't fix" because the shutdown symbol we have used is actually
the correct symbol according to IEEE 1621
And more importantly if we replaced the symbol with a "0" most users
would not understand what the means. Accepted common knowledge and
IEEE 1621 trumps IEC 5008 in this case I'm afraid.
