How to reproduce:
1. In LibreOffice Writer, select a word
2. Click Insert -> Indexes and Tables -> Entry...
3. In Index combobox, select Table of Contents; in Level entry, enter "10"
4. Click Insert; click Close
5. Save and quit from LibreOffice
6. Reopen the document in LibreOffice Writer
7. Right click the indexed word; click Index Entry...
Expected: the Level entry value is "10"
Real: the Level entry value is "1"
