You seem to have tons of PPAs installed in your system. In this case
software installed from those sources block the upgrade.

At least following PPAs need to be removed before the upgrade can succeed:
ppa:ubuntu-x-swat/x-updates
ppa:xorg-edgers/ppa

To do that, please install ppa-purge and run 'sudo ppa-purge PPANAME'
for both mentioned repositories.

As the upgrade is broken due to third-party packages, I have to mark
this bug invalid (ubuntu-release-upgrader only supports upgrades for
official Ubuntu packages). If the upgrade fails AFTER you have purged
ALL third-party repositories, please file a new bug (however, purging X
PPAs should be enough).
