is from the gnome3 PPA.
* Merge from trunk:
- hookutils.attach_conffiles(): Fix IOError crash on inaccessible
conffiles; mark them as '[inaccessible: <reason>]' instead.

- hookutils.in_session_of_problem(): Fix crash when the current locale is
