Hello Digitek, or anyone else affected, Accepted libapache2-mod-nss into quantal-proposed. The package will build now and be available at http://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/libapache2-mod- nss/1.0.8-2~ubuntu3.12.10.1 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.
