It's only a workaround, but the script published here:

actually solved my problem. I've found it because I've seen those lines
in my syslog just before suspend:

[87329.592928] ehci_hcd 0000:00:1d.0: >wake-up capability enabled by ACPI
[87329.609029] ehci_hcd 0000:00:1a.0: >wake-up capability enabled by ACPI

and then, after resume:

[87330.003346] ehci_hcd 0000:00:1a.0: >wake-up capability disabled by ACPI
[87330.003597] ehci_hcd 0000:00:1d.0: >wake-up capability disabled by ACPI

maybe changing the script after looked in syslog can solve the problem
on other laptos.
