ok, I did modify grub to disable ipv6 and the bug persisted. However, I made a kernel update (two days ago?) and now my wifi does not disconnect : uname -r 3.5.0-27-generic However, sometimes the wifi stops working, and comes back after like 2min, while no disconnect appears from network-manager. The more I use the wifi, the more frequent this happens. I had some lines in dmesg when this happened : ieee80211 phy0: brcms_c_prec_enq_head: No where to go, prec == 4
There is another kernel update now with 3.5.0-27.46 I will reboot with IPV6 enabled and wifi n enabled, to see if there is no more problem -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1096853 Title: 14e4:4353 Wi-Fi disconnects then cannot connect to any network -- Broadcom BCM43224 bcma To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1096853/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
