Uploaded to precise. Will subscribe ubuntu-sru. If they like it, I can
upload to quantal too.

** Description changed:

- On the Ubuntu One File Storage API we see a big spike in the number of
- API requests at 00:00Z, daily. Pretty much all of the requests at that
- time come from Deja Dup/Duplicity.
+ [Impact]
+ On the Ubuntu One File Storage API we see a big spike in the number of API
requests at 00:00Z, daily. Pretty much all of the requests at that time come
from Deja Dup/Duplicity.

- The default schedule should be changed such that backups are spread out
- over the day instead of all at the same time.
+ This makes it more likely that users will see errors from Ubuntu One
+ being overloaded, like in bug 882699.
+
+ [Fix]
+ Due to a bug, we always were backing up at midnight UTC, rather than midnight
local time. While fixing that, I also put in code to randomly choose a time
between 2 and 4 AM (local time), rather than midnight.
+
+ [Test Case]
+ * Enable daily automatic backups
+ * Change your time zone so that it is 2AM
+ * Wait two hours. Deja Dup should start backing up within those two hours.
+
+ [Regression Potential]
+ * The only code changed was the automatic scheduler. So any regressions
would be there.
