Notice that upon clicking "Install Now" button and the timezone map appears the following things happen:
* (x) on the top left of the window disappears * quit button disappears * log-out & shutdown menu items in the top right system cog disappear Thus reinforcing that one cannot go back beyond this breakpoint. Now we don't remove back button, but explicitly make it disabled. Because otherwise when flipping forward and back between timezone step and the next keyboard step we would be constantly showing and hiding the button. Keeping the button visible, but inactive should make it obvious that one cannot go back on purpose. And no there is no way to back out to partitioning & restart installing again. You'd really need to fully quit ubiquity and/or reboot. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1112709 Title: cannot came back to partitioning To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ubiquity/+bug/1112709/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
