I know it exists, but not on my system, I dont know why but it is. It did on 12.10 but everything is broken in raring, like date and time panelinfo, internet disconnection messages like this... everything. I used ubuntu from 8.10 as my daily driver, so I definitly know where youre talking about.
I reinstalled raring 4 times and on every install python-launchpadlib doesnt exist. And my time too. Coukd this be an hw issue? I have a rare selfbuild xnotebook.
