Public bug reported:
On first use of a context that requires a terminal or a file manager, a
dialog asks which program it should use for this function (including the
menu selections for these). There should be a reasonable default set out
of the box.
in the file /etc/xdg/xdg-ubuntustudio/xfce4/helpers.rc the terminal and
file manager are set to:
FileManager=thunar
TerminalEmulator=Terminal
they should rather be set to:
FileManager=Thunar
TerminalEmulator=xfce4-terminal
I am not sure why thunar must be capitalized as either way will work
from command line, but that is what the dialog uses.
