Sorry I missed that.

If you look at the reverse build-depends of those two packages, they, in
turn, have reverse-build depends.  Eventually, if you follow the chain
you hit applications.  The way to test is to try out those applications
(some, not all - all turns out to be a lot) and see if they work with
the new libwebp and the rebuilt leptonlib/sdl-image1.2.  Don't rebuild
any further up the chain.
