Sorry for the radio silence. The suspend/resume has been flaky, and I haven't been able to fully repro the case anymore. Resume seems to work all of the time now, with or without the workaround. The workaround does mitigate the error message in pm-suspend.logs, though, as that error comes back if I remove the workaround.
In my last 20 trials or so, I haven't had to do a hard reset. The resume varies in how long it takes, from immediate to 10s of seconds. I've attached the out of dmesg, since some of the messages in it appear during the long resumes and seems to have some related messages. Note, the origin of this particular bug still is present: I still get the failure in apportcheckresume after initial boot. ** Attachment added: "Output of dmesg" https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1154660/+attachment/3609791/+files/dmesg -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1154660 Title: [LENOVO 7465CTO] suspend/resume failure To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1154660/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
