This bug persists in the upstream 3.9 kernel. I have loaded the 3.9 upstream kernel on my Lenovo Ideacentre Q190 in relation to the bug #1162516. There are no wifi drivers loaded with the 3.9 kernel . Please let me know how I can help you all with this issue.
