Public bug reported:
For the dash previews if there is enough text to have a scrollbar and
you grab the overlay scrollbar below the thin one you can't drag the
scroll bar all the way down. You have to re-grab the scroll bar again
until you're above it... It stops once the overlay scrollbar hits the
bottom of the track.
What should happen, is it keeps dragging the scrollbar until it itself
has reached the bottom or top of the track.
Design has approved this before, but now im just making a bug about
it...
