checking it, the file was in the account-plugins before ending up in
unity-asset-pool and none of them shipped the skype icon in quantal, so
the change isn't needed here.

** Changed in: unity-asset-pool (Ubuntu Quantal)
       Status: New => Invalid

** Description changed:

- [Impact]
Microsoft has requested that the skype.png be removed from this package.
- Investigating it, it seems that we even didn't use that icon on the system.
The launcher was presented the skype icon in the microsoft ubuntu package.

- [Test Case]
- 1. Install the package from -proposed
- 2. Restart your session, start skype
- -> no regression should be visible, the skype icon is shipped with the
microsoft skype ubuntu package and so presented in the launcher (same icon that
before).
-
- [Regression Potential]
- Small, we grepped through a lot of code (online accounts, webapps,
unity/compiz/bamf/lenses) and it seems the icon isn't not even used on the
system.
+ Investigating it, it seems that we even didn't use that icon on the
+ system. The launcher icon was already presenting the skype icon in the
+ microsoft deb package. So we didn't use that one.
