I followed the links you sent and I was not able to get into my computer nor
was I able to reinstall. I had to take it to a repair shop and I spent $108.00
getting my hard drive reformatted so that 12.10 could be installed. I need to
let you guys know that the original problem still exists so there is definitely
something very wrong with the software in 12.10. My computer still freezes,
web pages continuously scrolls up and down and I have the same problem with
Libre Office. The problem started after one of your software updates, I did
not have this problem when I first upgraded to 12.10. As I said in previous
messages, I do online schooling and these problems make it extremely difficult
to do any work. Please fix this.
