At the moment, the only way to retrieve revision properties of all the
revisions in a repository is to walk over all revision numbers and call
svn_ra_rev_proplist() for each revision.
Ideally, svn_ra_get_log() would also report the (custom) revision
properties for a revision, perhaps with a switch to enable or disable
reporting revision properties.
