lo-menubar package name and description do not refer to the Ubuntu global menu
- the refer to the "menubar"
This contrasts / conflicts with e.g. thunderbird-globalmenu and
firefox-globalmenu packages.
If I'm a user and I want to install support for the global menus for all
apps, I'm likely to miss this package for LibreOffice because it uses
different terminology.
