This is with the Ubuntu GNOME 13.04 Beta 2 candidate image.
See the attached screenshots. In the Activities Overview, the installer
shortcut has an icon (that's the top icon in the "dash", the sidebar on
the left) but the actual running installer (the next to last icon in the
"dash") does not have an icon. The other screenshots show how the icon
is missing from the top bar and from the alt-tab window switcher.
