When I rename an existing folder in Evolution or any web-interface in my
IMAP+ account with a "+", the folder goes "missing" in the sense that
only the first name before the "+" sign shows and an error message says,
the folder is not found
1. rename: folderNamePreviois -> folderNamePartAfter1+FolderNamePartAfter2
2. showing (empty) folder in Evolution: folderNamePartAfter1 while in the
web-frontend the folder is called folderNamePartAfter1+FolderNamePartAfter2 and
contains E-mails.
