Desktop effects has two different dialogs in the System menu, and should
be merged.
First instance: System>Preferences>Desktop Effects
Second instance: System>Preferences>Appearance>Desktop Effects
Only one dialog has the 'this is experimental' warning, and the
checkboxes differ between the two dialogs.
