Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: libgdal1-1.3.2-dev
gdal-config gives information about the gdal installation. Useful for building
applications depending on it.
But the given paths are wrong.
For example gdal-config --libs returns :
-L/build/buildd/gdal-1.3.2/debian/tmp/usr/lib -lgdal1.3.2
instead of :
-L/usr/lib -lgdal1.3.2
So 3rd party applications cannot be build.
To correct this remove /build/buildd/gdal-1.3.2/debian/tmp in /usr/bin
/gdal-config
It seems to be corrected in Gutsy
** Affects: gdal (Ubuntu)
