I'll need to give myself some confidence that using libxml2 2.9 isn't
going to cause any unexpected problems and send this up to upstream and
Debian.
Could you check that the in my PPA fix works, please?
Also, on second thoughts, setting Importance to Medium, since this only
affects less-commonly-used functionality. We should get it fixed for
Raring though.
