I have removed the linux-headers-3.9.0-030900rc5 package and after rebooting 
the system I selected the new kernel.
Assuming that this make sense ( linux-headers-3.9.0-030900rc5 is not installed) 
the system seems not freezing.

Waiting for your answer to my previous post and for your validation of
this test.

If this is confirmed to be valid test I will run apport-collect 1164145
