As in colin's comment in #4, the error is caused by the firmware of the
Embedded Controller (EC). It is, however, a single error which returns
to a series of callers (_BST->ECG6->ECG2->ECBT->ECR1). This can be the
results of buggy EC firmware or can be EC is handling too many tasks and
is not able to respond to OS's requests with a specific time-frame (i.e.
50 microseconds in burst mode).
It seems that _BST (ACPI Spec 10.2.2.6 _BST (Battery Status)) only fail
once, and this will not impact system's stability. It will probably not
impact user's experience as battery status is updated multiple times
every minute - a failure is overwritten by next update quickly.
As there aren't other failures, it is suspect that EC only fails to
return battery status when entering s4, and it is not a serious bug.
