Please sync spandsp (universe) from Debian unstable (main).
Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
The Ubuntu change is a horrible hack to debian/rules that runs sed over
libspandsp-dev.install and changes 'usr/lib' to 'usr/lib64' to stop the build
failing on amd64. The package builds and installs fine in a Gutsy chroot.
Changelog since current gutsy version 0.0.4~pre3-1ubuntu1:
spandsp (0.0.4~pre3-2) unstable; urgency=low
* Fix compilation on amd64 (Closes: #430111)
