Hi Ognyan, and thanks for your help to make Ubuntu better by reporting
this bug.
The incorrect entries in /etc/default/locale was set by the installer,
and the bug in the installer has been fixed.
You can use Language Support to fix it now for yourself:
* System Settings -> Language Support -> Regional Formats
* Select "Bulgarian (Bulgaria)" and click "Apply system-wide"
Even if the language-selector task is invalid, I leave it open for now,
so this bug report keeps being visible to other users with the same
problem.
