Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: linux-source-2.6.22

Since feisty (i'm using gutsy now) when i shutdown the machine, it hangs
on the last stage, while sending KILL signal to processes, waiting for
cifs mounts umount.

My guess is that network is turned off before we have networks shares
umounted. So, when Ubuntu tries to umount that shares, it cannot find
the network resource.

** Affects: linux-source-2.6.22 (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
