Do you want to see them without touching? So they are always visible?
"whenever there is content out-of-view" is a big thing.
Do you also want it, for example, in the gallery in Event view when there are a
lot of photos for a single day? Then you would get a lot of horizontal
scrollbars there (in addition to a vertical one).
