Public bug reported:
When enabling "content sticks to fingers" mode under touchpad settings,
scrolling to change volume is reversed. (I.e. scrolling up lowers the
volume and scrolling down raises it.) I suspect this is because the
"content sticks to fingers" setting simply reverses the scrolling
direction, but haven't looked at the code to see.
The sound indicator should be aware of this setting and compensate for
it, so that scrolling up always raises the volume and scrolling down
always lowers it.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Hover the mouse over the sound indicator. Scroll up and observe that the
volume goes up.
2. Open the system settings application and navigate to the mouse/touchpad
settings.
3. Enable "content sticks to fingers".
4. Hover the mouse over the sound indicator. Scroll up and observe that the
volume now goes down.
Expected results:
Scrolling behavior when hovering over the sound indicator remains consistent.
Actual results:
Scrolling behavior when hovering over the sound indicator is reversed.
