linux-image-extra-3.9.0-030900rc6-generic_3.9.0-030900rc6.201304080035_amd64.deb
 both displayed these errors:

ERROR (dkms apport): kernel package linux-headers-3.9.0-030900rc6-generic is
not supported
Error! Bad return status for module build on kernel: 3.9.0-030900rc6-generic
(x86_64)
Consult /var/lib/dkms/nvidia-experimental-310/310.14/build/make.log for more
information.

I have also attached the make.log the error message references.

After rebooting into kernel 3.9.0rc6 it also failed to load the nvidia-
experimental-310 display driver properly.
